a. Click Guide-button on your controller -> Go to Settings -> Then System Settings.
b. Click Network Settings.
c. Click Wired Network or the name of your wireless network you use if asked.
d. Choose Test Xbox LIVE Connection.
The following guide is for Xbox 360’s with no internet connection:
Copy to a Flash drive
Note: USB-flash drive should be FAT32-filsystem.
a. Connect the USB-flashdrive to the USB-port on your computer.
b. Download the update file. (Same link as above)
c. Click Save to save the .zip-file with the opdate to your console on your computer.
d. Unzip the file -> If you use Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7, dobbeltclik the .zip-file to unpack it.
e. Copy the content of the af .zip-file to the rootof the flashdrive.
f. Remove the USB-flashdrive from the computer.
g. Connect the USB-flashdrive to the USB-port behind the Xbox 360-console.
e. Restart your console.
f. When the console restarts, the installation program will then start automatically. Click Yes, when you are asked to update the console.
Burn on a cd or dvd
You can update your Xbox 360-console software by downloading the update to your computer from the link, burn the update on a CD or DVD and then install it on your console. Here you can see how to do it:
a. Download the update file. (Same link as above)
b. Click save save to save the .zip-file with the update for your console to your computer.
c. Unzip the file. If you use Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7 -> Dobbeltclik the .zip-file to unpack it.
d. Insert an empty writable cd or dvd in your computer.
e. Copy the content of the .zip-file to the root on the cd or dvd, Choose write to (burn) the files to the disc.
f. When the files are burned to the disc -> Remove the disc from your computer -> Insert the disc in your Xbox 360-console.
g. Restart your PC.
h. When the console restarts, the installation program will then start automatically. Click Yes, when you are asked to update the console.
